🎯 Requirements

2+ years in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical electrical work.
Knowledge up to 480V; medium/high voltage a plus.
Proficient with test equipment (multimeters, meggers, power quality analyzers).
Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
Current OSHA 10/30 and strong safety mindset.
Willingness to travel 80–100% and work nights/weekends during critical builds.
