Electro-Mechanical Technician

📋 Description

• Assemble and test electromechanical assemblies per BOM and drawings.
• Perform in-process inspection of box builds, PCBAs, and cables.
• Meet production schedules; escalate blockers when needed.
• Enter assembly/testing data into Sofar traceability system.
• Support NPI builds and mechanical modifications/rework.
• Safely operate tools and meet daily quality targets.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; AS in mechatronics/electronics a major plus.
• 3-5 years direct electro-mechanical hardware experience.
• Computer literacy: Google Apps, Slack, Notion; ERP/PLM experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
• Proficient with power tools and assembly equipment.
• Attention to details; love to build things.
