Author, review, and validate architectural specifications.

🎯 Requirements

PhD in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, or related photonics.
Cadence photonics/analog simulators (Virtuoso, Spectre, Verilog-A) expertise.
Experience with Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS.
Python or Matlab coding for simulations.
RF/mm-wave analog circuit design experience.
Corner and Monte Carlo analysis; cross-disciplinary collaboration.
