Co-design analog and photonic devices with design teams from end-to-end sims.
Validate models via high-speed RF experiments and proof-of-concept tests.
Author, review and validate architectural specifications.

🎯 Requirements

PhD in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, or photonics.
Cadence photonics/analog simulators (Virtuoso, Spectre, Verilog-A).
Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS proficiency.
Python or Matlab for simulations.
RF/mm-wave analog circuit design.
Experience with silicon photonic IC design and test.
