Electrolyte Technician

📋 Description

• Collect and run analytical characterizations on electrolyte samples.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot wet-lab analytical equipment; escalate issues.
• Draft and finalize SOPs for electrolyte processes and safe handling.
• Collaborate with engineering to design/execute experiments (batch mixing, solubility).
• Log test data, metadata, batch records, and findings for knowledge sharing.
• Keep wet labs organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on technician experience in a wet chemistry lab.
• Safety-focused with chemical hazard assessment and PPE training.
• Proficient in analytical instruments (density meters, titrators, pH meters).
• Strong written comms with SOP/documentation experience.
• Detail-oriented with proactive troubleshooting.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for long lab periods.
