Electronic Sourcing Engineer II (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Coordinate with design engineering and product teams during NPI to capture needs.
• Influence sourcing decisions by leveraging industry experience.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers to understand roadmaps and availability.
• Develop and ramp component sources for new products; ensure timely procurement.
• Lead the RFX process to establish costing for electronic components.
• Own quarterly material spend reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain, technical sourcing, and/or engineering.
• Proven success building relationships with key stakeholders for rigorous supplier selection.
• Should-cost modeling, pricing and terms negotiations.
• NPI sourcing experience for rapid changes during development.
• Experience with electronics supply base and high-mix/low-volume procurement.
