Electronics Engineering Manager, Radar Payload Team

📋 Description

• Coordinate and lead a cross-domain radar payload team through full lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor engineers, developing Electronic/RF engineering talent.
• Own project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation for hardware development.
• Present progress updates to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Technical Leads to remove roadblocks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on design experience in electronics or RF for industrial products.
• Experience designing complex PCB and RF subsystems.
• 5+ years managing and coordinating engineering teams of 5+ people.
• Experience leading senior technical experts.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating full product lifecycle end-to-end for complex systems.
• Strong communication skills; RF/aerospace knowledge is a plus.
