Electronics Laboratory Lead (UK)

📋 Description

• Own the safe, reliable operation of Bristol labs for hardware bring up, validation, and product
• Manage test equipment, lab infrastructure, ESD controls, goods in/out, and maintenance planning.
• Build and mentor a technicians team supporting multidisciplinary lab users.
• Shape how labs run, scale and support Graphcore’s next stage.
• Work with facilities and engineering teams to keep labs primed for speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of electronic test equipment, setup, calibration and troubleshooting
• Practical knowledge of ESD prevention, control systems, audits and training
• Health and safety requirements in electronics lab environments
• Ability to plan, configure and support technical lab setups with engineering teams
• Experience coordinating subcontractors for maintenance, calibration or upgrades
• Leadership skills to build and mentor a team of technicians
