Electronics R&D Test Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the electrical AIT team for new spacecraft subsystems.
• Run subsystem qualification and spacecraft-level testing.
• Debug electronics and software; root-cause analysis; rework PCBAs.
• Own the EGSE design/build for testing and integration.
• Support next-gen spacecraft integration and handover to production.
• Represent findings to design teams; drive design changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading people, or senior technical background aiming for leadership.
• Hands-on development, integration, testing of complex electronics.
• Strong debugging across electronics and software.
• AIT experience spanning software and electronics.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
