📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Electronics and RF Test Team
• Interpret team OKRs and delegate tasks to reach domain goals
• Lead trade studies, design reviews, and verification/qualification docs
• Ensure timely product delivery from concept through qualification
• Mentor and develop team members' skills and careers
• Support integration, validation, and issue resolution across internal/external teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering
• Experience with Electronics & Lab Instruments
• Hands-on experience in complex machines assembly and testing
• Proven track record in team leadership or technical lead roles
• Experience with R&D projects
• Demonstrated track record of transitioning prototypes to serial manufacturing
