📋 Description

• Ensure all children feel affirmed, valued and challenged daily.
• Create rigorous, engaging lesson plans using provided curricula.
• Implement school-wide culture systems and positive classroom management.
• Maintain a productive, organized, safe, focused learning environment.
• Analyze student data to adjust lessons and refine instruction.
• Provide accommodations and modifications for all students.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years full-time teaching in urban setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pennsylvania State certification Level I/II preferred.
• Enroll in PA-approved certification program if uncertified.
• Complete PA clearances and federal fingerprinting.
