Elementary Interventionist (Immediate)

📋 Description

• Plan instructional strategies and materials to meet individual student needs
• Use progress-monitoring tools to analyze results and adjust strategies
• Use data to inform instructional decisions
• Provide daily feedback on mastery in academics and character
• Collaborate with school team and across KIPP Nashville
• Enforce, uphold, and exhibit school values and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Tennessee teaching license or enrollment in Educator Preparation Program
• Conferred Bachelor’s degree
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• Experience teaching students from under-resourced communities (highly preferred)
• At least two years of teaching experience (preferred)
• Passionate about data-driven instruction
