🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Ohio Teaching License or ability to certification by start date
• 1+ years lead teaching experience or degree in education
• Belief in strong outcomes through collaboration and leadership
• Optimism, problem solving, and desire to learn in a PLC
• Willingness to go above and beyond for students
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving startup environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
