📋 Description

• Implement IEPs for students with low-incidence disabilities.
• Adapt and modify curriculum for diverse disabilities.
• Provide small-group or 1:1 instruction to meet needs.
• Use Universal Design for Learning (UDL) strategies.
• Participate in IEP and MTSS meetings with families and teams.
• Ensure accommodations and modifications are in place.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License or pursue certification via 3 pathways.
• Experience writing IEPs, progress monitoring, and data collection.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using Ohio’s Extended Learning Standards.
• Experience collaborating with a paraprofessional.
