Elementary School: Lead Teacher - Lynn (2026-2027)

📋 Description

• Serve as a lead or co-lead in a classroom, including co-teaching, coverage, or stepping into a lead
• Ensure all children are affirmed, valued, and challenged every day
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment
• Prepare and internalize rigorous and engaging unit and daily lessons using provided curricula
• Set ambitious growth goals with all students and leverage resources to meet them
• Implement school-wide student culture systems and proactive classroom management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience
• Pass Criminal Background Check

• Demonstrated ability to drive student growth and achievement
• Passion for subject/content area and commitment to professional learning

🎁 Benefits

• Minimum base salary $55,000 to $89,500 per 1.0 FTE (45 hours/week)
• $1,000 signing bonus and annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years
• Other bonuses when eligible
