Elementary School: Lead Teacher - Lynn (2026-2027)

📋 Description

• Serve as a lead or co-lead in a classroom, with responsibilities that may include leading
• Ensure that all children are affirmed, valued, and challenged every day
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment
• Prepare and internalize rigorous and engaging lessons using provided curricula and resources
• Set ambitious growth goals with students and leverage resources to ensure they meet them
• Implement school-wide student culture systems and proactive classroom management strategies

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $55,000 to $89,500 per year (depending on experience and advanced degrees)
• $1,000 signing bonus
• Annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years
