Elementary School: Lead Teacher of Coverage - Greater Boston (2026-2027)

📋 Description

• Primarily oversee and independently lead up to 60 students working on asynchronous assignments
• Maintain school-wide systems for absent work (proficient in Google Classroom, Powerschool, and
• May also lead a class independently, co-teach, provide short- or long-term coverage, or step into a
• Collaborate with classroom teachers leading up to and following planned absences
• Maintain communication with school leadership team, highlighting trends and gaps in coverage
• Ensure that all children are affirmed, valued, and challenged every day

• Proficiency in Google Suite including: Classroom, Gmail, Drive
• Passion for subject/content area and demonstrated commitment to professional learning
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience
• Bachelor's Degree required

🎁 Benefits

• Minimum base salary $55,000 to $89,500 (per 1.0 FTE/45 hours per week), depending upon years of
• $1,000 signing bonus
• Annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years plus other bonuses when eligible
