📋 Description

• Ensure that all children feel affirmed, valued and challenged every day
• Create rigorous, engaging unit and daily lesson plans
• Infuse core values into daily lessons and implement school-wide student culture systems
• Maintain a productive, organized, safe, neat and focused learning environment
• Regularly analyze student work and academic data to adjust lessons and refine curricula
• Provide accommodations and modifications for student success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience in an urban setting strongly preferred
• Pennsylvania State certification Level I or II strongly preferred; if uncertified, must enroll in a
• Submit transcripts upon hire
• Complete PA State Police Clearance, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and Cogent Federal Fingerprinting
