Elementary Teacher (Immediate)

📋 Description

• Plan and use instructional strategies reflecting student learning styles
• Use progress-monitoring tools to adjust strategies and programming
• Use data to inform instructional decisions
• Provide daily feedback on mastery in academics and character
• Collaborate with school teams to build culture
• Create a positive, calm learning environment

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Tennessee teaching license OR enrollment in educator program
• Conferred Bachelor's degree
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• Commitment to working with under-resourced communities (highly preferred)
• Experience teaching in under-resourced communities (highly preferred)
• At least two years teaching experience (preferred)
