📋 Description

• Remote opportunity supporting patients and healthcare providers with access and coverage processes.
• Handle inbound inquiries about insurance benefits and help resolve barriers to care.
• Provide guidance on benefits, copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and financial responsibilities.
• Explain patient finances and available assistance programs and affordability resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve access and service outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in phone queue, call center, healthcare, specialty pharmacy, patient
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:30 PM EST.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high service level.
