Email Campaign Manager

📋 Description

• Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting software users to encourage product review
• Work closely with the User Generated Content (UGC) team to create compelling email content that
• Work closely with the Enterprise Customer Success team to understand customer needs and develop
• Prioritize campaigns based on renewal and expansion opportunities within our enterprise customer
• Ability to combine data from disparate sources to build campaign lists.
• Coordinate with enterprise customers to set and achieve review-related KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skilled in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Ortto, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
• Ability to independently design, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Experience mapping buyer journeys and developing persona-based campaigns.
