🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email/CRM/retention marketing (for Middle+ — with elements of ownership
• Proactivity and ownership: experience initiating improvements to approaches or processes beyond
• Strategic thinking: ability to build a long-term channel logic, not just individual tests
• Understanding of deliverability principles and readiness to deepen to context level
• A/B testing skills and result analysis for data-driven decisions
• Experience in setting briefs, prioritization, and coordinating functional team members
