Create and maintain a modular email template library for scalable campaigns.
Conduct cross-client QA, link validation, image hosting checks, and dynamic content testing.
Configure and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent.
Implement email accessibility standards: alt text, semantic markup, color contrast, and keyboard nav.
Maintain version control and documentation for all templates.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of HTML/CSS for email; responsive design, inline styling, cross-client.
Experience building templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo.
Familiarity with AMPscript or templating language; personalization.
Strong QA focus with detail-oriented, deadline-driven approach.
Professional English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for the Colombia hub.
Knowledge of email accessibility and testing tools (Litmus/Email on Acid).
