  • Configure, launch, and optimize campaigns with our ESP (segmentation, personalization, A/B tests).
  • Build multi-step automated workflows based on user behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Design advanced audience segments for activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Run experiments and analyze results to improve campaigns and journeys.
  • Create dashboards to track key email metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, and General Management.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing with proven campaigns.
  • Experience with an ESP or in-house email system (setup, segmentation, automation, AB tests).
  • Strong understanding of user journeys and lifecycle messaging.
  • Strong analytics to track and optimize campaigns using dashboards.
  • SQL basic to intermediate; data experience.
  • Nice to have: SaaS products, Customer.io, Jira.
