Email Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own email marketing performance end to end, developing and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that
• Audit existing email flows (abandoned quiz/checkout, onboarding, upselling, retention, win-back)
• Build and maintain a structured backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests covering subject lines, offers
• Design, launch, and evaluate experiments, documenting results and scaling successful initiatives
• Segment audiences based on behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses to personalize
• Analyze the complete email conversion funnel from delivery to revenue

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing for B2C
• Proven ownership of email channel performance from strategy through revenue generation
• Demonstrated success in increasing email-driven revenue/sales with concrete figures
• Practical experience building, configuring, and launching lifecycle and trigger-based email flows
• Strong A/B testing skills including hypothesis development and results evaluation
• Ability to analyze key business metrics (purchase conversion rate, revenue per send, LTV, retention)
