Email Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure customers' email channel capabilities for new and existing clients
• Manage client IP pools to assign IPs and hit setup targets
• Manage your ticket queue to ensure timely setup completions
• Be knowledgeable about current email best practices and functions
• Be the primary contact for customers, partners, and teammates on setups
• Attend recurrent meetings with Email Deliverability and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in an operational role with a technical product (SaaS/mobile/marketing automation)
• Experience with direct customer contact and creating positive customer experiences
• Familiarity with email systems (preferred)
• Excellent communication; able to influence multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on, focused on accuracy and personal performance
• Strong problem-solving mindset with multiple operational tools
