📋 Description

• Manage complex email infrastructure initiatives including IP Pool strategy
• Drive operational health across setup workflows by analyzing metrics
• Own and resolve high-scale technical escalations and complex issues
• Develop deep expertise in email best practices and compliance
• Partner with Email Deliverability, Product, Engineering, Sales teams
• Design and maintain scalable operational frameworks and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in operational or technical customer-facing role in SaaS
• Strong understanding of email systems and messaging infrastructure
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to identify operational gaps and improve processes
• Highly analytical and data-driven with metrics definition experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
