  • Configure customer email channel capabilities for new and existing clients
  • Manage client IP pools to ensure timely IP assignments and setup times
  • Manage your ticket queue for turnover and completion of setups
  • Stay current on email best practices and functions
  • Act as main contact for customers, partners, and coworkers on setups
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and GSS for program logistics

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years in an operational role with a SaaS or marketing automation product
  • Excellent communication; able to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented with a completer-finisher mindset
  • Familiarity with email systems and best practices
  • Analytical mindset; ability to measure progress with data
  • Bonus: Braze ecosystem; SparkPost/SendGrid; Looker/Tray.io
