Own end-to-end email migrations from discovery to go-live.
Lead migrations from ESPs (SFMC, HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp) to Klaviyo.
Configure DNS, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, data migration, deliverability.
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required.
Be the client-facing SME and project owner for migrations.
Run pre-migration audits: ESP, contacts, tech stack, deliverability baseline.

🎯 Requirements

3-6+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing tech migrations.
Expertise in at least two ESPs (Klaviyo, SFMC, HubSpot, Iterable or Braze).
DNS records and email authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) configuration.
Sending domain setup, subdomain delegation, and tracking link config.
APIs, webhooks, and custom event setup/integration.
Identity resolution, profile merging, GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
