Email Platform Migration Specialist

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle of email platform migrations from discovery to go-live and QA.
• Lead client kick-offs, timelines, stakeholder comms, and milestones across projects.
• Serve as SME for technical migration questions from teams and clients.
• Document decisions, specs, and handoff notes in a repeatable format.
• Conduct pre-migration audits: ESP audit, contact health, tech mapping, deliverability baseline.
• Manage source platform offboarding, data export, mapping, and validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in lifecycle CRM marketing tech, ESP migrations, or martech.
• Expertise in at least two ESPs: Klaviyo, SFMC, HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp.
• DNS/DKIM/SPF/DMARC domain authentication setup.
• API integrations and webhook configurations for migrations.
• Data migrations: schema mapping, backfills, suppression management.
• English proficiency at an advanced level.
