🎯 Requirements

3-6+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing tech and ESP migrations.
ESP proficiency (Klaviyo/SFMC/etc) and advanced English required.
DNS/DKIM/SPF/DMARC setup and sending domain config.
API integrations, webhooks, and custom event deployments.
Data migrations: schema mapping, backfills, suppression management.
IP warming strategy and deliverability monitoring.
