📋 Description

• Manage category and lifecycle briefs from intake through to delivery, keeping timings, owners and
• Manage the category creative team day-to-day, a copywriter and three designers within the wider
• Monitor the automated intake and workflows, spotting where requests stall, duplicate or fall
• Maintain clear timing plans and deliverable lists, and flag risks to timeline or scope early
• Manage lifecycle work through the wider creative team and established production partners within
• Support localisation and versioning across EU markets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project management in a creative, marketing, or production environment, agency or
• Genuinely tool-literate: hands-on with Figma and Asana, quick to learn the client's internal
• Experience managing high-volume, repeatable content work across multiple stakeholders
• Organised, calm under volume and precise about detail
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, in writing and in person
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work with minimal supervision
