Embedded Partnership Manager (German Speaker)

📋 Description

• Drive Partner Growth: Increase adoption of HAPI within partners.
• Expand AI and Product Adoption: Roll out AI screening in partner ecosystems.
• Strengthen Partnerships: Build relationships across partner orgs; influence roadmaps.
• Enable Partner Success: Align with product, support, and engineering teams.
• Engage Partner Customers: Meet ATS/HCM end-customers to understand needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of partner or channel experience with embedded/API integrations in HR tech/SaaS.
• Deep experience with APIs, XML feeds, embedded software, or white-label integrations.
• Fluency in English, German; French is a plus.
• Genuine interest in AI and its hiring applications.
• Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders in partner/customer orgs.
• Commercial mindset with accountability for a quota.
• Working location: Netherlands, UK or Germany; remote within CET/GMT zones.
