📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior carbon services leadership to refine and execute the embodied carbon
• Support team members through regular check-ins, workload and project pipeline management, technical

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in sustainability, preferably within the built environment, including 4–8
• Advanced knowledge of commercial development lifecycles, LEED certification requirements
• A bachelor's degree in structural engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related
• Previous experience in team leadership or management, including direct staff support, mentorship
• Significant consulting experience, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and
• Experience leading business innovation, workflow improvements, or change management initiatives.

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $125,000–$165,000 CAD annually for Canada-based candidates, depending on experience
