📋 Description

• Oversee embroidery quality across pre-production, receiving, decorator ops, and final ship verification.
• Catch defects before shipment and ensure perfect work.
• Build quality standards with 3P decorator partners and vendors.
• This is a fully on-site role at our Santa Fe Springs facility.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years embroidery production/quality control experience.
• Proficiency with Wilcom, Tajima, Hatch, or similar embroidery software.
• Ability to set and enforce quality standards; vendor management a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detailed approval notes.
• Proficient with Cadence, Printavo, Google Sheets, photo documentation systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail; calm under pressure.
• Physical ability to stand and inspect garments for long shifts.
