🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in EE, RF/Microwave or related field
10+ years EMC testing with 5+ years in management
Experience with regulatory certs and OEM standards
Knowledge ISO/IEC 17025, CISPR 25, ISO 11452, ISO 7637
Strong leadership, communication, mentoring
Travel up to 30%
