🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in building complex financial models and reconciling large multi-source
• Proven ability to manage multi-country benefits administration and statutory compliance with
• A proactive mindset for technology adoption, with demonstrated success in streamlining processes
• Ability to influence and partner effectively across HR Shared Services, legal, HRIT, payroll
• Czech to a working standard, for local statutory, vendor and open-enrolment interaction.
• Dutch, German, French or Spanish proficiency.
