EMEA Head of Enterprise Risk

📋 Description

• Serve as Enterprise Risk Officer for KKR’s EMEA regulated entities.
• Lead development and oversight of the ERM framework across geographies and functions.
• Provide independent challenge to risks to boards, regulators, and management.
• Oversee regulatory obligations under AIFMD, MiFID, and CP86.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Insurance, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
• Identify emerging risks and inform risk‑driven decisions with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Enterprise Risk or related disciplines; FS preferred.
• Strong ERM principles, governance, and risk management across complex orgs.
• Familiar with AIFMD, MiFID, CP86 and other European regs.
• Experience as Head of Risk or similar leadership in regulated FS desirable.
• Proven ability to engage boards and regulators; translate risk into insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Economics, Finance, or Law.
