📋 Description

• Lead Financial Close: monthly US GAAP and local book closings, reconciliations, reporting.
• Statutory Audit Process: financial statements, memos, audit support, board presentations.
• Technical Expertise: US GAAP and IFRS/FRS102 fluency; technical memos.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Legal.
• Outsourcing Management: supervise finance outsourcing partners for compliant filings.
• Process Efficiency: simplify and automate processes to drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in accounting; Big 4 preferred.
• Systems Proficiency: Oracle or equivalent accounting systems.
• Audit Knowledge: experience with large audits and tax filings.
• Accounting Expertise: strong US GAAP and IFRS knowledge.
• Project Management: cross-functional initiative leadership.
• Communication Skills: fluent English, written and verbal.
