EMEA Partner Development Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, prioritise, and close new partners across all motions in EMEA.
• Build and maintain a regional pipeline of prospective partners across all functions.
• Localise and activate globally sourced partnerships for the EMEA market (enablement, co-selling, co-marketing).
• Ensure existing partner programs translate to EMEA customers, partners, and startups.
• Represent Supabase at EMEA partner and developer events.
• Work with sub-function leads to translate global strategy into regional execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in partnerships, BD, or channel roles in EMEA.
• Experience across multiple partner motions: technology integrations, solution/SI, startup ecosystem.
• Experience building a regional function within a company previously concentrated elsewhere.
• Strong commercial judgement across varied partner types.
• Comfortable operating independently across a timezone gap with synchronous alignment.
• Background in developer tools, databases, or infrastructure software.
