• Own end-to-end recruitment for EMEA, focusing UK CCaaS Sales & Professional Services.
• Part of International HR; reports to Director of International Talent Acquisition.
• Lead sourcing strategy; attract top talent; ensure top candidate experience.
• Establish relationships with EMEA leaders, hiring managers, and International HR.
• Drive initiatives: social media, events, internal mobility, referrals, interview techniques.
• London-based; NICE-FLEX with 2 in-office days and 3 remote.
