Emergency Management Program Manager

📋 Description

• Hybrid role reporting to the Head of Event Response, focused on emergency operations and on-call
• Own end-to-end operational control, training, SOP development for the Emergency Response Team
• Improve real-time workflows for critical field events and integrate emergency protocols with
• Develop and maintain Emergency Action Plans and site-specific procedures, ensuring readiness and
• Serve as liaison for Public Safety Answering Points and coordinate communications for
• Coordinate planning for disasters, weather, and geopolitical risks; drive improvements via drills

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, program management, emergency and disaster planning.
• 3+ years building/scaling global on-call programs, BCP, escalation pathways, or large Emergency
• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Policy, Operations Management
• Deep knowledge of Emergency Action Plans and Business Continuity integration.
• Proven track record scaling emergency response teams across domestic and international regions.
• Experience in tech/ride-sharing/logistics environments or with AV/large fleet networks.
