Emergency Services Liaison, Spain

📋 Description

• Be accountable for all aspects of Emergency Services relationships, and outreach programs in Spain.
• Establish and maintain primary contact with Emergency Services (112 rooms / hub coordinators) at
• Design, present, and certify additional Emergency Services Ambassadors (ESAs) and Emergency
• Provide oversight, review, and guidance to Emergency Services familiarization teams and act as the
• Represent Waymo at Emergency Services events, public safety panels, and industry events.
• Develop internal guidance and policy on emergency management and Emergency Services expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of service in Spanish emergency services (Policía Local, Policía Nacional, Guardia Civil
• Deep understanding of Spanish legal frameworks (GDPR, Deber de Socorro, Atestado Policial)
• Proven experience in emergency response and building relationships with Emergency Services
• Strong communication and presentation skills, in both Spanish and English, capable of engaging
• A strong understanding of the specific nuances and sensitivities of Emergency Services communities
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with legal and other internal teams.
