📋 Description

• Define and lead D&B's partnerships with emerging AI workflow providers.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI partners across platforms, data ecosystems, and VC firms.
• Build a scalable partnership framework that supports innovation and commercial outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end partnership execution: framing, diligence, valuation, and negotiation.
• Structure and close complex commercial agreements, licensing, and strategic alliances.
• Ensure partnerships meet data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in partnerships, business development, or corporate development in data/AI/analytics/SaaS.
• Strong understanding of AI architectures, LLMs, data platforms, and deployment.
• Proven success negotiating and scaling complex, high-value partnerships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ownership mindset and proactive collaboration.
• Fluency in English and languages relevant to the market, where applicable.
