📋 Description

  • Assess accounts and develop a strategy to engage buying centers.
  • Use a solution-based approach to sell and create value for new logo accounts.
  • Switch between technical and business buyers to connect challenges to business value.
  • Identify and close quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Track customer details (projects, timelines, next steps, forecasting) in Salesforce.
  • Map whitespace opportunities across territory to identify viable use cases.
  • Orchestrate and work with teams to maximise ecosystem impact.
  • Build value through engagements to promote successful negotiations to close deals.
  • Be customer-focused by delivering results with the Databricks Intelligence Platform.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years startup/emerging enterprise sales in Singapore/SEA.
  • Experience in a consumption-based sales motion.
  • Strong closing experience and exceeding quotas.
  • Experience driving usage-based SaaS adoption and co-selling with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud in GCR.
  • Cloud software, open source tech, or Data/AI space experience.
  • Familiarity with sales methods (Territory/Account planning, MEDDPICC, discovery).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Indonesia/Malaysia accounts preferred.
