Emerging Talent & Onboarding Program Manager

📋 Description

• Run new hire onboarding: own the program end to end, including the learning arc, facilitator
• Launch our new apprenticeship program: design and own program operations and the apprentice
• Strengthen our internship program: build on what teams already run with a shared company-wide
• Support managers and mentors: give the people hosting new hires, interns, and apprentices clear
• Build the systems behind the programs: use AI, automation, and tooling to reimagine what each
• Tell the story of emerging talent: partner with Recruiting, People Operations, and leaders across

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and running programs, ideally in Learning & Development
• Excellent program manager: turn ideas into plans, keep many moving pieces organized, and follow
• Skilled facilitator: has led sessions or trainings and can turn what people need to know into
• Hands-on with AI: experiments with new tools, knows when they help, and uses them to rethink what
• Thinks in systems: spots themes across pain points, traces them back to how the program is
• Creative and comfortable with ambiguity: some programs are established, some are new, energized by
