1-3 years in campus/early career recruiting
Ability to build and manage end-to-end candidate pipelines
Strong communicator for students, hiring managers, and partners
Comfort with data; track numbers to improve approach
Organized, adaptable; manage multiple events and candidates
Fluent in English and French; extra European languages a plus
