🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales and sales leadership, with a demonstrated record of
• Proven experience coaching, mentoring, or developing sales professionals, business owners, or
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, pipeline management, sales performance evaluation, revenue
• Experience supporting sales hiring, onboarding, talent development, and the establishment of
• Ability to assess commercial performance, interpret KPIs, identify underlying challenges, and
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead executive-level
