Emiratisation & HR Business Partner (UAE Nationals Only)

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE government
• Ensure compliance with all Emiratisation-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor Emiratisation targets and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
• Benchmark Emiratisation best practices and implement innovative initiatives to attract and retain
• Serve as the lead recruiter for Emirati talent, proactively sourcing and building strong candidate
• Enhance and expand the Graduate Programme to strengthen the pipeline of UAE National talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Proven experience managing Emiratisation initiatives in the UAE.
• Experience working with government entities such as Nafis, MOHRE, Pension authorities (GPSSA).
• Experience supporting UAE National onboarding, development, and retention programs.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Emiratisation regulations and quotas, Nafis programs and
