• Lead and independently manage employee accommodation requests, including complex and sensitive

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Disability Studies, Special
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience managing employee accommodations, disability
• Strong knowledge of disability-related employment legislation, particularly ADA, ADAAA, Section
• Demonstrated experience managing complex accommodation cases, conducting interactive processes, and
• Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation frameworks that support
• Experience providing consultative guidance to senior leadership, HR professionals, managers, and
